All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
For each order, you can choose between:
- Picking up at ACE Oysters (Yerseke): FREE
- Delivery at home: see rates below.

We offer local delivery to The Netherlands, for international shipping and any other requests, please contact us.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

If the delivery service is unable to complete the delivery, your parcel will be delivered to the nearest post office where it will remain for 7 days. You can check the delivery status of your parcel at any time using the online tracking service.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Yerseke. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are between 5 pm to 9 pm on working days (Monday to Friday) or between 9 am to 5 pm on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday). If you have a special request, send us a Whats App message (+31 6 31391016). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@aceoysters.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Due to the freshness of our products, we do not accept any returns and exchanges.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@aceoysters.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. If you have any problems with the products received, and for any refund requests, please send an email to contact@aceoysters.com.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
